Ingredients 1 3/4cups Brown lentils 9oz chorizo A Serrano Ham Bone 4cloves garlic 2carrots, peeled and diced 1large potato, peeled and diced 1medium onion, diced Extra virgin olive oil 1tbsp Spanish smoked paprika Spanish sea salt Preparation STEP 1 Rinse lentils. Place lentils, ham Bone, chorizo, whole garlic cloves, carrots & potatoes in a large pot. Fill pot with water until ingredients are submerged by two inches. STEP 2 Bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer. Let cook uncovered, stirring occasionally. STEP 3 Sauté onions in a pan with olive oil until slightly browned, then add paprika.
